Benchmark Mind & Health is a fee-for-service mental health practice. We believe having a direct financial relationship with our clients allow for the most efficient, effective and excellent access to treatment for our clients.

 

Our providers are considered out-of-network providers, as we choose not to participate in insurance network panels. Clients pay directly for the cost of each treatment session, 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. For clients that have out-of-network benefits, the insurance company will likely reimburse for some or all of the treatment fees, subject to the terms of the insurance policy. It is solely clients' responsibility to check with the insurance carrier regarding out-of-network benefits. Benchmark Mind & Health will provide clients with a Superbill upon request. This will need to be submitted to your insurance for your out-of-network claim for direct reimbursement.
